wonderful stay with a few minor issues

The setting of the lake room was breathtaking, offering views that truly enhanced our experience. The special touches, like the champagne and gateaux to celebrate our anniversary, made our stay feel exceptional.

However, the check-in process felt a bit slow, which was unexpected given the luxury atmosphere.

the imperial palace is in a fantastic location with beautiful lake views. the spa was amazing, featuring a sauna, hammam, and various treatments. we truly enjoyed the classic queen room, and the relaxing atmosphere made our stay worthwhile. the hotel has lovely outdoor spaces and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had an awesome time here with friends! We enjoyed the nearby sandy beach with fun activities like water slides and mini golf. Also loved the live jazz concerts in the evenings. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the staff were super nice. Just a heads up, spa access isn't included in the room rate, so plan for that extra cost.

One downside was a disappointing dinner experience. I'd recommend dining elsewhere if you're looking for something special, as some dishes didn't meet our expectations.

The Classic Queen Room was pretty comfy. The bed was nice and cozy, which made it great for sleeping. The air conditioning worked well, perfect for the summer heat. Spa access was a cool bonus too. I did wish the room had a better view, but it was clean and well-kept. Overall, I had a solid stay.

Good views but not family-friendly

The stay was mixed. The location is great, 10 mins from the town, and the view from our balcony was awesome. The staff wasn't very helpful, though, especially with my kid. I wanted an extra blanket since we had a 3-year-old, but they said no. Dining options were decent, especially in-room breakfast.

The free hour at the spa and the lovely touch of daily water and sweets made our time here extra special. Although the bathroom could've used a bit more updating, overall it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend trying out the spa! 😊

I loved waking up to the close proximity of the beautiful Plage d'Albigny and the scenic Gardens of Europe, making my weekend walks absolutely delightful while soaking in the stunning views around the area.

We had a lovely stay at this stunning hotel. The best part was lounging at the nearby Plage de l'Impérial, where the sandy beach was perfect for family fun. The staff were fantastic and even helped us with a late dinner after a long trip from Lyon.

My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options available.
