Everything was very good, including very efficient and extremely helpful staff especially the receptionist and the concierge. I was there for 1 night and ate at Michelin star rated restaurant with very friendly service. The bathroom was large, with a bathtub. The hotel was in a glorious location adjacent to Annecy as well as beach.

Good space to sit around in and good room on lovely grounds alongside the fabulous lake.
The bed! Very low and with 2 single duvets rather than 1 double. On request we were told there were no double duvets available in the hotel!!

The location on the lake, the view from our room and the general luxury of the place.
We had a balcony but it wasn't really big enough to sit out on and there were no other facilities for just lazing around. There was a public park by the hotel but there were no chairs available there either. Also, the basin was cracked in the bathroom but apart from that the bathroom facilities were good. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel because of the exorbitant charge, but we did eat in the restaurant where the food was good, but the maitre d' had a real attitude problem.

We loved the arrival - an imposing building at the head of Lake Annecy. The staff were delightful - nothing was too much trouble. Even though we had boooked the cheapest room available, it was comfortable and had a large and well-equipped bathroom. We used the gym - well-equipped and quiet - and liked the small touches like free bottles of Evian and a bowl of fruit for the end of your workout. We ate dinner on the Terrace, and even thought we hadn't booked, were given a table overlooking the gardens and Lake. The food was delicious, and reasonably priced, and the staff very helpful and attentive. We loved the free mini-bar!
The only thig we found peculiar in the hotel was the fact that our double bed was made up with a double undersheet but two single duvets. When we asked if we could have a double duvet, they told us that all the duvets in the hotel were single - it was a German tradition...

wonderful stay with a few minor issues
The setting of the lake room was amazing, offering views. The special touches, like the champagne and gateaux to celebrate our anniversary.
The check-in process felt a bit slow, unexpected given the luxury atmosphere.

The location was stunning in the great area. I ate in the gastronomic restaurant nearby.
Well, the views were quite bad here.

The location was marvellous and stunning, on beautiful lake. Moreover, it was just next door to colorful boats, and a park and beaches. The room was impeccable with garden view, a couch and separate bedroom...

The imperial palace is in a fantastic location with beautiful lake views. The spa was amazing, with a sauna, hammam, and various treatments. We enjoyed the classic queen room, and the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has lovely outdoor spaces and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staffs at reception were not helpful. A Chinese staff had no idea about 'services'. Restaurant staffs are not trained. For a supposed to luxurious hotel, no conceirge service to help luggages. Overall, had impression that management haven't taught staffs what to do.
